We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
